TRV head replacement Kings Hill

We received a call from a landlord regarding a property which the tenant had reported a TRV head had been broken off by the family dog. Here at Trust Plumbing & Heating we always suggest the most cost effective solution to our customers. In this case it was identifying the TRV valve and supplying and fitting a replacement heat. We left the job with a very happy landlord as we kept his costs to a minimum as well as doing the job to a high standard as we always do.

Radiator valve change Maidstone

We received a call from a landlord regarding a property which the tenant had reported an issue where some radiators were getting hot, some warm and the radiator shown in the images above didn't get hot at all. We began by balancing the system which resolved all issue apart from the radiator not getting hot at all. We proceeded by changing the faulty lock shield valve to a TRV to further improve the working of the system as well as remove the faulty valve causing the radiator to not work at all.
