Combination boiler conversion in Gillingham
We received a call from a landlord regarding a property which the tenant had reported that the boiler in the property had stopped working. After talking to our team the landlord was given the different options he had. After careful consideration he decided to change the existing system containing a back boiler and hot water cylinder to a combi boiler (more energy efficient) due to the increase in energy prices. We completed the job in a timely fashion so the tenant wasn't left with no heating for a long period of time, also the landlord was left happy with a high-quality job completed at a competitive rate.

Radiator valve change Maidstone
We received a call from a landlord regarding a property which the tenant had reported an issue where some radiators were getting hot, some warm and the radiator shown in the images above didn't get hot at all. We began by balancing the system which resolved all issue apart from the radiator not getting hot at all. We proceeded by changing the faulty lock shield valve to a TRV to further improve the working of the system as well as remove the faulty valve causing the radiator to not work at all.
After recieving a call regarding a leaking radiator valve, one of our engineers attended and determined that the stuffing gland was leaking. We managed to resolve the issue swiftly and left the customer happy with a leak free radiator and a low cost repair.
